The Northern Virginia Transportation Authority (NVTA) owes refunds to a specific group of citizens.  You may be eligible to claim a NVTA Tax or Fee Refund if you:

  • stayed in a hotel
  • had your vehicle inspected
  • had labor charges on a car repair ...

in the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, or Prince William or in the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park between  January 2008 and February 2008.
